Mother's Day

Mothers Day was great. I went to my son's for BBQ and spend time with grandkids.

Took them some strawberry plants and lily bulbs and brought home some fiddle head ferns and rhubarb.  Good trade I think.

Had burgers,steak,ice cream, cupcakes, salad, chips, homemade salsa. I'm stuffed.

Had a great time.

Scottish Highland games

On June 26th be in Eagle River Alaska for the Scottish Highland games.  My hubby and I will have a booth there.  Can't wait.  I want my shortbread.

So much goings on

So the Dr. who did my surgery says everything went well and I don't need to see him again.  I said what about the fact that I'm in more pain and have weird little seizures since the surgery.  He didn't have an answer.

Hubby got the application to do the Highland Games so we will be having a booth there. On June 28th in Eagle River Alaska I better see all of you. LOL

Paid half of our state fair booth fee so we will be there also. Can't remember the dates.

I made lavender jelly the other day and it turned out great.

Thinking about having a giveaway if I had more followers.  But I can't seem to get any.   Help

Snow

It snowed yesterday about 4-6 inches. Wind was blowing like all get out and now we have huge drifts. Yuck couldn't make Drs. appt cause couldn't get out out of driveway.

Have felt like crap lately ended up in ER the other night having hard time breathing. Feeling better now.

Went to Michaels arts and crafts store and got all kinds of felt and celtic charms and ribbon. Bunch of different goodies. Can't wait to start using it.

Will probably post new item tomorrow. A black coffee cozy. Hopefully if it sunny tomorrow take pictures of some more goodies for my store.
